Ahmad Al Hidiq

Ahmad is a venture builder, software architect, and serial entrepreneur with over 22 years of hands-on operational experience. As the firm's technical 'wizard', he directs deep-tech systems development, software architecture, and Venture OS infrastructure.

Specialising in transactional engines, agentic AI stacks, and go-to-market growth automation, Ahmad works directly alongside partner teams to bypass development latency. He constructs core platforms and runs our high-velocity execution sprints.

Neil Vose

Neil is a veteran strategy executive, corporate advisor, and seasoned venture builder with over 30 years of business leadership experience. Fronting the firm's broader business strategy, he directs commercial scaling, operations, and corporate partnerships.

Specialising in go-to-market systems, outbound growth, and investor relations, Neil works directly alongside partner teams to secure commercial validation. He guides ventures through scaling pathways and coordinates follow-on corporate financing.
